Once they are chilled and sticking together firmly, pop them out of the dish and slice into bars. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least one hour. The smaller the dish the thicker the bars, if it's a bigger dish they will just be slightly thinner. In a parchment lined 7x7 or similar size dish, press the cereal mix down firmly into the dish.
